Beth and Ben got married at The Moorlands Inn, which is a pub in Halifax with countryside views. It was a gorgeous day and the sun shone all day long! This Moorlands Inn Halifax wedding is the perfect summer inspiration.
THE CEREMONY
The ceremony was a legal ceremony under a flower arch. During the ceremony, they had a beautiful reading. It was really beautiful.
They decorated the area with flowers, which I loved. The reception was in a marquee at The Moorlands Inn – I love this venue because it’s so cosy and relaxed. Weddings at The Moorlands Inn are amazing because the surroundings are so pretty.
WHY THE MOORLANDS INN IS A GREAT PLACE TO GET MARRIED
The Moorlands Inn is really peaceful and secluded and is one of the nicest places to get married in Halifax. The venue offers onsite parking so guests don’t have to walk – and there is a big oak tree that’s perfect for photos.
THE AFTERNOON
The couple had a drinks reception in the afternoon, and DJ in the evening. For dinner they had a yummy BBQ for their wedding breakfast, and the first dance didn’t happen because Ben and Beth are ace. They knew they would hate it, so decided not to do one! Be more Beth and Ben. They finished off the evening with lots of drinks and catching up with all their friends.
THE COUPLE
The couple got in touch with me last year, and their enquiry said they were after. They said they wanted a relaxed photographer, and I loved that they were so relaxed.
