Jess and Josh got married at their church and then headed to Bowcliffe Hall, which is a country house in Wetherby with stunning grounds. It was the most beautiful wedding and the sun even made an appearance!
The Ceremony
The ceremony was a church service at Castleford Salvation Army. During the ceremony, they had several beautiful readings from friends and family. It was really special that they got married in the church they attend. They decorated the church with flowers, which I loved. The reception was in a beautiful room at Bowcliffe Hall – I love this venue because the light is gorgeous for portraits and candids. Weddings at Bowcliffe Hall are amazing because the surroundings are completely stunning.
Why Bowcliffe Hall is a great place to get married
Bowcliffe Hall is really peaceful and secluded and is one of the loveliest places to get married in Wetherby. The venue offers top-class catering – and there are loads of amazing places that are perfect for photos. Oh and there is even a plane in the grounds! As well as the main hall they now also have a cabin venue with the most stunning views of the Yorkshire countryside.
The Party
The couple had lawn games in the afternoon and a live band in the evening. For the wedding breakfast, they had a slap-up meal, and the first dance was a romantic slow dance. They finished off the evening with sparklers.
