I loved being back for another Wood Hall Hotel and Spa Wetherby wedding. I love this beautiful wedding venue in the heart of the Yorkshire. Ben and Sarah got in touch about six months ago to see if I was free to photograph and video their day and I was so excited when they decided to book.
I went along to photograph Sarah getting ready in one of the little cottages available at Wood Hall Hotel and Spa. Ben got ready at home before heading to the venue to greet the guests. There was a beautiful ceremony and Sarah’s sister did a lovely reading. We headed outside to shower the couple with confetti before everyone had drinks and canapes. The speeches were a perfect mix of humour and emotion. In the evening the guests danced the night away. What an amazing day to be a part of!
Sarah and Ben are both so lovely and kind and so it was no surprise how friendly and nice all their family and friends were. I have never been offered so many drinks at a wedding! I loved watching all the children explore the venue and because Sarah and Ben had exclusive use of Woodhall Hotel and Spa they didn;t have to worry about disturbing anyone else.
