GOOD LUCK CLUB LEEDS WEDDING

Mar 12, 2018

IF YOU’RE PLANNING A GOOD LUCK CLUB LEEDS WEDDING, YOU’LL LOVE THIS WEDDING FOR INSPIRATION!

Diane and Michael had a beautiful Leeds city centre wedding in March 2018. They wanted a really chilled out wedding which was similar to a normal Saturday – nice food and drink and great company! They live and work in Leeds and spend a lot of time there, so it was a natural choice to have a Leeds city centre wedding. They decided to book a restaurant that they knew served great food – being foodies this was an absolute must! Stockdales was the perfect venue with a private room downstairs and a delicious menu. After the wedding breakfast and speeches, they headed to The Good Luck Club where they met lots more of their friends and family, with Jonny Roos Music providing some great background tunes. They chose a Good Luck Club Leeds Wedding because they love it’s food and atmosphere and are particularly fond of their Pizza & Prosecco Thursdays. Of course, as well as great venues for a wedding reception, you also need somewhere for the actual ceremony. Leeds Town Hall was the obvious choice, and luckily for them it is the most amazing building!

Diane and Michael first met online through match.com. Diane actually ignored Michael’s first message, but luckily he persevered and she agreed to go out with him. The day of their first date she had invited her parents over to help with some home renovations. Unbeknownst to them, she would leave them to it a few hours later whilst she went to meet Michael. I loved hearing this story as it is easy to imagine that they could have ended up not meeting at all. The first date led to lots more and after some time Michael moved to Diane’s Leeds home, where he also got involved in the DIY. Michael proposed using a homemade advent calendar. He left the Christmas Day box empty, and instead presented her with a poem about their time together and a ring

Diane’s beautiful dress was from Lace and co, and her gorgeous flowers were from Blackburn Forest, Horbury. Michael wore a Ted Baker suit and made the sloe gin favours! The wonderful Rachel O’Dell did Diane and her bridesmaid’s hair and make-up.

Diane and Michael, thank you so much for having me as your wedding photographer. It was such a privilege to be a part of your day.

If you’re looking for a wedding photographer in Leeds city centre, I’d love to hear from you.
