It was an absolute pleasure to photograph Laurie and Matt’s fantastic day at Stables Wedding Farm. This gorgeous location offers the perfect setting for a wedding. It features stunning views, friendly sheep, quirky hobbit huts, and beautiful wildflowers. The venue mixes outdoor and covered areas perfectly, so the celebration stays wonderful regardless of the weather! I have been privileged to capture two of Laurie’s cousins’ weddings before her big day. It was lovely to be back with so many familiar faces.
Getting Ready at Shiloh Farm
The bride and bridesmaids started their morning at Shiloh Farm, a lovely holiday cottage nearby. Laughter filled the rooms as everyone got ready for the big day ahead.
A Joyful Ceremony at St Bartholomews
The couple held their ceremony at the beautiful St Bartholomews in Marsden. Reverend Graeme Holdsworth conducted the service, and I think everyone will agree that his happiness and enthusiasm made the day extra special. He made every guest feel so welcome from the moment they stepped inside.
Arrival at Stables Wedding Farm
Stables Wedding Farm sits in the nearby village of Delph. Guests parked at the bottom of the hill where the fabulous Stables Farm team met them to offer lifts up the incline in a golf buggy!
The venue features a big marquee with plenty of indoor and outdoor space. This gave the guests lots of room to relax, listen to live music, and munch on some yummy canapes. This wedding stayed completely full of laughter all day long!
Speeches and a Packed Dancefloor
After the speeches and more delicious food, the party really kicked into gear. The guests kept the dancefloor full for the entire evening! I had such a brilliant time capturing all the energy and joy.
Laurie and Matt, thank you so much for choosing me as your Stables Wedding Farm photographer. I loved every second of it!
