Vicki and Si got married at The Manor House, which is a house in Huddersfield with elaborate decor. It was a beautiful day and the sun even made an appearance! The Manor House Lindley Huddersfield is the perfect venue for a chilled Huddersfield wedding with plenty of spaces to choose from. The decor is completely stunning and the onsite carpark and hotel make it really easy for your guests to party all night.
THE SERIOUS PART
The ceremony was an intimate affair in the coach house. During the ceremony, they had a beautiful reading. They decorated the area with flowers, which I loved. The reception was in the Lantern Room because it was a good size for their intimate wedding party. The Manor House – I love this venue because the light is gorgeous for portraits and candids. Weddings at The Manor House are amazing because the people are so lovely and the venue smells wonderful (yes I did just say that!).

The Manor House has a real party atmosphere and is one of the coolest places to get married in Huddersfield because it feels like an art-deco paradise. The venue offers seriously good food – and there are so many beautiful spots that are perfect for photos.
Updated to add: There is no surprise that The Manor House Lindley recently won the Regional Wedding Venue of the Year at The Wedding Industry Awards 2022 (TWIA)!
THE PARTY
The couple had a drinks reception in the afternoon and an intimate family dinner. They did their speeches before the meal in the bar because they wanted them out of the way so they could relax. After the meal, the sun was still shining so everyone enjoyed some evening drinks in the courtyard but they also had exclusive use of the Cellars for anyone who wanted to be inside.
